KoolMoves is a web animation program that creates Falsh movies and animated gifs. The program has all the drawing tools necessary, and the ability to import sectorized clipart, bitmaps, audio mp3 and wav. KoolMoves can be used to create navigation systems, transition effects, shadows and much more. It includes graded and bitmap shape fill-in. You can select from a library of 19 text effects done with action script, 12 web interfaces, 259 clipart, 13 clipart animations, 70 buttons specially designed for Flash movies and 104 text effects. KoolMoves makes Flash movie creation easy, all you need is an idea. The program was designed by a professional animator to develop a powerful tool with an easy interface.
